Creative Services

Maguire Studio provides photography, videography, and digital management. While we aim for high-performance results, specific outcomes like viral growth or sales figures are influenced by market variables beyond our control.

Ownership & Rights

All assets remain the property of Maguire Studio until the final project balance is paid. Once paid, you are granted a license for the intended use. We reserve the right to share the work we create in our professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payments & Deposits

To protect our schedule and the time put into prep work, a deposit is required to secure your project date. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due upon delivery or as outlined in your specific agreement.

Social & Ad Management

For management services, clients provide the necessary platform access. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (like Meta or Google) and is a separate cost from our studio management fees.

Cancellations

We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients, so rescheduling fees or kill fees may apply depending on the timing of the change.

Liability

Maguire Studio is not liable for indirect losses related to the use of our assets. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
